Job Title: Entry Level HVAC Installer Apprentice

Primary Job Function: To install under the supervision of a Journeyman Installer, heating and air conditioning systems to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience. This position will shadow an experienced HVAC Installer Lead and assist with a variety of projects. Additionally, this position will provide the candidate an opportunity for advancement based on performance.

Responsibilities

Aid in properly staging jobs
Communicate with customers and establish rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction
Support a HVAC Installer Lead while maintaining a clean, organized job site and well inventoried van
Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

Insurable by Company insurance carrier
Valid driver's license
Must be able to pass a drug test
High school Diploma or equivalent
Willingness to learn new skills, invest time in training seminars and classes.
Follow directions as given, written and verbal.
Basic Safety knowledge of tools and surroundings.
Comply with ALL SAFETY RULES.
Demonstrate mechanical aptitude
Ability to fill out a daily time card accurately.
Be able to carry 70 lbs.
Possesses both written and verbal English language skills.
Demonstrate willingness and commitment to developing customer service skills
Acquire EPA certification within 6 months of entering position; schooling is provided
